Customer Experience Management - 

         

    Chris did a tour of the UK with a seminar programme entitled Customer Experience Management. This seminar focussed on how it is possible to manage all experiences customer have from your business in ways that can create a form of customer addiction. The final one-day event, in the Manchester Renaissance Hotel, was videoed and is currently being edited to make 3-4 hours of video training material.
